Hey Guys,
Several days ago I noticed a recent review on my profile that had a low rating. I looked through the review, and quickly realized that I have never seen this person. There were several inaccuracies in the review as well. I reached out to TER, and let them know what happened. They told me to reach out to him, and ask the reviewer the day and time we met to potentially jog my memory. They said if he does not respond in 72 hours to reach out to them again. I reached out to him, and when I did not hear back after 72 hours, I reached out to TER. I sent TER that message 3 days ago, but have not heard from them yet. Have any of you all ever had this happen to you? Do you have any advice about what to do in this situation? Thank you so much
Xoxo,
Sasha
So I imagine there's a skeleton crew at TER HQ. Just wait until tomorrow when they get back in force and give them a couple of days to work through the backlog. If you hear nothing, try again. This happens all the time.
Deal with it like the rest of us. Don’t complain and just let it slide. It is what it is.
... and reported the fake review to Admin. Maybe if more of these fake reviews were reported so that the perpetrators could be dealt with (banned etc.), it would have some impact on the number of fake reviews written.
Fake reviews don't help anyone, except the author (if the review isn't caught) who gets free VIP days and in some cases cash--there's people who write reviews, positive and/or negative--for pay.
I appreciate it when people take the time to report reviews that are likely fake. It helps make TER more useful for everyone.
As a customer, I have to disagree with the advice that said get over it. When I pick a provider, I go over the reviews very carefully. And when choosing between one with a spotless record and one with a few blemishes the choice is obvious. So I'd get the blemish removed if indeed it is unfounded.
Sure. If u have 7 reviews that can be manipulated for sure. But if u have 50+ spotless reviews you are doing something right! So far I am batting 1000 by going with highly reviewed providers.
Outside of TER, agencies such as Admiral in the UK have a filter for “reviewed girls only” and so far, having awesome results sticking with the top girls (that fit my very narrow taste band)
And what does "spotless" mean? If it means all 10/10s, then I might have the same thought about some work behind the scenes to keep up the string of 10/10s.
But the OP doesn't have such a review record. She posted about a review she believes to be fake, in that she doesn't think she ever met the reviewer. That's a different subject from providers who have "spotless" review records. It's about how to deal with fake reviews.
Frankly, I'm surprised at you for making that post in this thread.
It has everything to do with the post that it was a reply to. See my post to the OP below. My post above is a reply to NotAnAlias. Follow the thread.
Apologies. My post below, to the OP, was supposed to go up before the reply to NotAnAlias. Something happened and it was posted an hour later.

i do not question the OPs veracity. It is common language to say "if you don't like xxx, then do yyy". Clearly it is more precise to say "since, you don't..." However it frankly didn't occur to me this level of scrutiny would occur. To repeat, I don't doubt her statement. I have zero reason to.
And spotless to me means simply no significant negative comments. Again, I was simply pointing out that as a customer, the reviews do matter and SINCE this one is fake, I would suggest pursuing its removal.
He actually wrote a nice review and says he will repeat. He gave you an 8/7. That is not a bad score. If you really never saw him and can prove it, TER will remove the review. If not, it will stay. It will hardly affect your average score, and any smart client reading it, will know it is actually a good review. On the other hand, any smart client will also look at the reviewer's other reviews. In this case, that reviewer is not a credible reviewer. He has only 2 reviews and they both have the same score. He gave an 8/7 to a gal with a lot of reviews and a 9/9 average (you), and he also gave an 8/7 to another gal who only has one prior review and it's a 4/2. If you read that review of the other gal it sounds also sounds like a totally made up fantasy.
Anyway, I can side with both view points above. If it truly is fake and you never saw the guy, by all means report it (which you already did). If you are only disappointed because of the supposedly "low score," or if you can't prove that it is fake and TER does not remove it, then don't complain and let it slide.
Thus the review is fake, unless you have evidence to the contrary.
I have to wonder on what grounds both you and NotAnAlias doubt her story. It's clear you both doubt that she's telling the truth, because you both use language along the lines of, IF the review is fake.
Why can't you simply deal with the question that was asked and take her at her word? I don't see other people who post questions on the Newbie board treated in this way, i.e. "Well, assuming you're telling the truth, here's how you should handle the situation...".
BTW, it's not a "nice" review. Read it again. It doesn't mention something that should have been mentioned, and in fact is written to strongly imply there was no cover used. Scores alone don't make a review "good"--the words matter.

I agree that the review strongly implied BBFS, especially this line: "I felt her pussy tighten, which triggered my cock to erupt, sending streams of cum deep inside her." The flowery style of writing and the apparently inaccurate description of her grooming suggests that this could be a fake review, and the suggestion of BBFSCIP could cause her a lot of trouble with future clients. If the provider wants this review taken down, I suggest that TER at least take the matter seriously.
There was a guy complaining on the Minnesota board some months ago about getting robbed. I looked through his reviews (to confirm my suspicion that he was seeing cheap BP girls) and noticed that many of his reviews described BBFS. Then I looked at the providers, and saw that those alleged BBFS providers tended to not have any more reviews after his, indicating that his review may have caused them to quit, or at least work under a different name.
On the other hand, there is a notorious provider in Dallas who is open about offering BBFS and has many reviews confirming it. While not safe, at least everybody knows the situation, and can seek her out or avoid her, depending on their preference.
Maybe this is more of a matter for the policy board, but I think that TER should take the provider's side when a disputed review describes BBFS. If the provider doesn't do it or doesn't want to be known for doing it, then TER should take the review down and ask the client to re-write it.
This has happened to me a few times, the protocol the gave is the same they gave to me. And I had to wait a few weeks for it to come down. The wait to see if they account logs back in. etc. And if the reviewer actually responds to them asking them about the review. Give them time and they usually do remove the review.
The review was taken down
It takes some time, but with proof, TER does come through. 😊
I have found that fellow female haters post this on providers review sites under a fake male profile because they are low down dirty. I would never blacklist any guy if I never saw him. I can imagine guys posting fake reviews because they got rejected. Either for not submitting proper screening or whatever. TER needs to keep real people on board, with real reviews. How about asking that reviewer to prove he saw you, if they can't then they should remove it. All they need is screenshots of her giving him the address etc.
