#1. If you ask a lady to spend time together, that's not illegal. Could they call work? Sure, but why would they? If they want to arrest you, you need to show up in person. They aren't going to try to catch you so that you'll get fired.
#2. Anything is possible, but if you know the lady is reputable (do your research), that's not what she's after. She wants a few hundred of your dollars, for a bit of her time.

1. I think the chances of LE busting you are much greater, the smaller your town. I live in NYC, where cops are pretty busy with more than the hobby. AMPs do get shut down, but I have never heard of widespread arrests of clients. That's not a reason to be lax [I have a "hobby phone", never use explicit language in any communication, never talk about money], but it does reduce my anxiety for the session. In a metropolis like NYC, cops are not likely to bust you off a provider's phone book unless you're a politician or celebrity.
I also live in a big city, LA. And all the cops have pretty much better things to do than to sit around waiting. Much more priority is with the AMP and street walkers, never mind the drugs and gangs out here.
But concerning you I still would have to say that act accordingly. Any time it comes to our Hobby there is always a significant risk involved whether she is well reviewed or not. So just hobby with precaution.
