It seems like agencies no longer exist.. Looking locally I found independant Refferal services or sites that advertise for independant ladies.

They also take care of the screening as well.

I'm assumming these are safer then agencies??

BTW agencies still exist here.

agencies are more prevalent; other areas independant ladies control most of the market.  There are advantages to both.
