Still very much a newbie (only seen 4 providers) but in my research have noticed two major price discrepancy categories: $250-400/hour and then a few providers out there advertising over $2000/hour on their websites and 25-50% pre-pay! What gives? What's the difference in service, appearance, etc.? Is there any or are these other providers just looking to sucker in easy prey? I've looked for reviews on a couple of them here on TER but no luck (one delisted and the other 2-3 came back no result).

No, they are NOT looking to "sucker in easy prey". It's called being EXCLUSIVE. These are low volume providers who discourage reviews and may have asked to be delisted. You obviously think all hobbyist read TER. But, no! There is a group of men who hobby but have never heard of TER. These men select their courtesans based on other criteria and not reviews. These men are looking for EXCLUSIVE companionship and these high priced hotties provide it and the 25-50% deposit is standard in that environment. These women are usually highly educated, have corporate careers, speak foreign languages and have professional modeling credits etc. They are the "have passports, will travel" jet set types. The hobby includes both low ballers and high rollers!!

What's the difference?  For $250-400/hour I'll see that you have a good time, but for $2,000 I'll prostrate myself at your feet and lick the ground you walk on.

Of course, I'm new (TER approval pending.)  In my DREAMS I make the "elite" cloud of gold.

The ladies who charge over $1000 are obviously limiting themseleves to affluent gentleman. They dont want to be bothered unless you are really going to make it worth their time. Here, you definitely pay to play. They charge 25-50% up front because they want to make sure the gemtleman is intent on meeting. Moreover, chances are these ladies dont have too many reviews. They prob. have a select group of clientele that dont have to write reviews.

Now NEVER equate cost with service. You may have the porn star, once in a lifetime experience at only $400 an hour and have a lousy time at $1,000 an hour. No rules. My suggestion is to find the best lady for you within your budget.

Some of the price differential is based on location.  Ladies in Vegas, NYC, and other locations charge more because the market will bear it.  Ecconomics 101 called supply and demand.

Seriously guys, I have twice spent in the $750/hr range for an escort just to see what is was all about, and I'm here to report that it just wasn't worth it.

In both cases, while the provider had a very fine body, it was not as nice as depicted in their photos, and furthermore, the performance was just fair to good, not any better certainly than many $200-300/hr providers.

Maybe things get better in the over $1,000 range, but frankly I don't feel any need to go there.

Basically there is an exclusivity factor, and some are willing to pay for that even if it is only a perceived thing.

You can bang someone who looks like your favorite porn star for $400 an hour, or you can bang your favorite pron star for $2000 an hour...it is up to you.

I personally would rather see the lady who looks like a porn star five times, rather than see the porn star once...JMTC!
