About 10 days ago I scheduled an early morning date with a touring provider. She said she would be in touch to confirm and give me more details. The date is tomorrow and I haven't heard from her. She's a well reviewed lady. And regularly visits my area. Sit tight? Reach out to her? Thanks.
Just tell her you wanted to touch base to confirm your appointment and to find out any addition information you will need to make sure you arrive on time.
Something polite like that. If it gets to the day before, I think you're more than justified to re-confirm. That's my opinion anyway. I'm new at this as well, though, but have read a lot on these boards.
Hell, I'd call my dentist to confirm if I'd not heard from him in two weeks. Yes, reach out. It's a business. Unless you're being stalkerish, she's going to be fine with it.
I always touch base 48 hours before if I have booked something that far in advance. Never had a lady object to me confirming to see her. They almost always appreciate it and sometimes they even misplaced my date/time info!
contact the provider weekly via email to let her know I am looking forward seeing her. If something comes up regarding her schedule, then she will let me know so I can make alternative plans.
Also, I usually send a 48 hr. in advance final confirmation requesting her phone number and basic directions to her incall, assuming incall is the location.
Watch the diet, get plenty of rest and have a great time.
The date was supposed to be this morning. I emailed her yesterday @ 2:30 respectfully asking if we were good to go. At 8:30 I got a sincerely apologetic response that she wasn't going to make the trip and sorry she hadn't reached out to me sooner....and she would be willing to see me in the future if I wasn't too pissed off. No further explanation. None needed. More disappointed than pissed. Yeah, I'd still like to see her. Lesson learned guys. If I'm pre-booking way in advance and I haven't heard from her she'll hear from me 48 hours out. Thanks for all the advce!
