" Full body rub " usually implies a massage with a HJ ending, sometimes more.
Please note that her backpage ads are placed in two different sections - "body rubs" and "escorts". I would bet that the difference in price you may have seen likely corresponded to which section the ad was in.
When you phone her tell her either "I saw your ad in the "body rubs" section" or "I saw your ad in the "escorts" section" depending on which service you wish to book. It is not uncommon that ladies may offer different services at different prices depending which service is being advertised.
