From time to time, false reviews are posted. I have one in mind that mentions that a provider did a certain act.  She is quite upset about this, and has seen the review, and it is definitely false, probably by some guy who wants a free membership for a few weeks.
Staff, your advice on what to do about false reviews would be much appreciated.

At the top of every profile, there is the "report a problem button". This is the first place to report inaccuracies.

At the top of the screen, you will see the "contact us" link.  Here you will find a "Review Questions" link, where you can also indicate a problem.

If the lady is not a TER member, she can contact [email protected] to report a problem.

In all cases, it is important that you provide a link to the data that you are questioning.
