When someone clicks on the link to your reviews, said providers' names will be listed at the bottom of your list of reviews indicating that they put you on the list.

It's sort of like a reference you can offer prospective providers.

The downside is that you lose annonymity as far as reviewing goes, if that is an issue for you.
