When the LE catch you (you sound rather confident of that), you will go to jail just like the rest of us. Contact the girls that are reviewed on TER that interest you and if they screen you (Yes, even if you're German)then you volunteer only the information that you feel comfortable giving. If that doesn't satisfy your first choice then move on to the next girl. Don't expect to be treated any differently than anyone else simply because you're foreign.

I doubt very much that the screening process will extend to Germany!   Not that many providers speak German anyhow.  I would just explain the situation to the provider.  If she expects an ID you could offer to show her your passport (if you are willing).  I think that should set her at ease.  Don't let the rather inhospitable previous post deter you.  Stay with well-reviewed ladies and the threat of LE is minimized.

My apologies. It wasn't intended that way. My intent was to convey that LE would treat him to a night in the pokey the same as they would any of us unless the poster had diplomatic immunity. As you stated, sticking with well reviewed ladies is the best defense against being LE's guest for the evening.

this comes up from time to time and i've addressed it at least once before on this board. but it's ok, it's a point worth repeating, which is that questions regarding screening procedures no matter how innocent are generally not something one should ask on public boards (which are routinely if not constantly prowled and monitored by LE -- which our german friend is particularly concerned about, as he should be, as we all should be)

fact is, different providers have (at times) different procedures or at least variants of standard ones. it is a well-known tactic of LE agents to ask what these are in order for them to find ways to circumvent them (by faking the necessary info and documentation).  IMHO/E (E = experience) most providers don't take kindly to these type of questions, for obvious reasons and occasionally lose their patience with hobbyists who persist in wanting to know the details of how they screen

i'm not saying our german friend is LE or anything (i think it's important that we all should make an effort to welcome others and make TER an international community as much as possible -- that's why i appreciated MAXIMUS' friendly addendum to his initial curt response). anyway the point i'm trying to once again repeat is that none of us (not even established senior hobbyists) should ask, discuss, debate and/or illustrate what the screening procedures we have encountered in the past are on these boards (in fact not on ANY board really, cuz LE can always find their way into VIP/exclusive boards/chatrooms/etc)

JMHO/E  :-)

thank you all for your answers.

you all know, here in europe it is much easier to
make some contacts to ladies.
i wasn't concernd about screening. it is just
a totally new thing for me. i understand these processes
they have to make being on the save side.

my main question is, what really happens, if they catch me.
e.g. 1 day prison, paying a fine or whatever?

i already booked a date.
i will post my experience.

Gruess Gott,
I'm a German too. It depends if you are here on a tourist visa, visa waiver or other paper. Any work visa or even green card holder can expect to lose it, immediately. A tourist/waiver visitor who gets caught will get booked and usually released quickly on cognizance; but it might be tough the next time you apply for a visa (but as it's only a misdemeanor you can come back). Usually tourists, especially those from countries where the hobby is legal, can, with a good lawyer, get off relatively easily (depends upon the state). Ansonsten kannst du mir 'ne e-mail schreiben und ich kann dir den Rest erzaehlen...
