Okay, I know, stupid question. But do any of you remember the "Providers with something to hide"? I can't find it on the "new" TER. There's the ROBs, but I thought we always had that in addition to the hiders. Do I just not see it, or was it scrapped?

I just checked the Rip-Offs list for my area, and it's really inaccurate.  It shows only a very small number of the providers who have received a "rip off" score in my area.  The old TER site listed many more providers.  But if I use Search to find all provides in my area with a Performance score of 1, I see a complete listing of the "rip offs".

Yeah, There's something weird going on with the search. Before I started this, I checked rip offs for Phoenix and got four results. That is most definitely not right! That was searching Phoenix with 15 mile radius. I bumped it up to 200 mile radius and that got about 4.5 pages of results. That still seems low to me. The thing is, virtually all of them said Phoenix for location, so they should've come up in that first search but didn't. Whatever.

Yep, definitely gone, and definiteky issues with the number of ripoffs too. I find 0 in searching Hawaii.  As far as the providers with something to hide, TER said they were going to expand on it in the new upgrade. Is their version of expanding on it, eliminating it? Kind of weird. I still say the new version went live way too soon. Many kinks were not worked out during beta testing.,
