Total noob question that I didn't readily see the answer to:  What does the quoted price on each listing on the site include?  For instance $300 - 60 minutes.  Is that just to get the girl to come over and spend time with you and then you have to negotiate and pay extra for different services?  Or does it include everything listed in the list of services (ie sex - yes blowjob - yes no condom).  When I ordered out of the yellow pages a while back I had to pay 200 to get the girl to come and then negotiate for services, was she just taking advantage of me or is that standard procedure?

Each provider is different.  Keep in mind that your donation is for the lady's time only and is not a guarantee that things will become intimate.  I suggest reading the lady's reviews to get a better idea of how her sessions usually go.

it will most likely include all. Well except Creek which is usually extra and requires advance notice. What you are describing typical B&S which just ain't worth it. You should also know that not all GFEs are created equal. Some don't offer BBBJ. Also if you are not clean (read shower fresh) don't expect to get BBBJ. Same thing with kissing if your breath smells bad don't expect the provider to kiss you even though you booked GFE. NEVER negotiate the fee. It should be crystal clear before the girl comes.

Even when later reviewers enter a different price, the original is not changed. Prices can be way out of date.

If the provider charges different rates for extras (massage vs GFE, anal, etc.) then the only way to know if the listed price includes that or not is by reading the review. There may be additional services that the reviewer did not partake in, that could cost extra.

To have to negotiate for "more" or "other" is (as stated by another) usually a B&S. If the lady's site states that her rate is "all inclusive GFE" it means she'll do girlfriend-type things (and often Greek) w/o charging extra. If Greek is extra, it'll normally be listed as extra.

If it's an incall (you see her in her room) she pays for the room.  If it's an outcall (she comes to your room) you pay for the room.
