I recently submitted a review and received this unapproved message "The provider who you have reviewed is currently delisted from TER. If a provider is delisted, TER does not accept or post reviews for that provider." What does this mean? Thank you

for some serious infraction of the rules, or she voluntarily requested that her reviews be taken down.

In any case, she can not be reviewed or even discussed on the boards, lest TER remove the offending post.
