You're never going to find pics here in the search results or on profiles. Pics will be found in ads, photo only board, and on a given ladie's site. None of which you need VIP to view.
Given the only specific thing you mentioned was pics, I ran a search for San Francisco with pics real and accurate both yes and got over 5800 hits. Are you sure you were using a blank search form? If you get to the form with the back button, anything from the previous search will still be there. A phone number perhaps.
When I do a search in San Francisco, just basic search no hair color nothing it comes back with no results, I would had never upgraded to VIP if I knew the site had no details when you search. Consider me a VERY UNHAPPY VIP.
As the other poster said there are over 7400 results for SF, and 76 new ones in the past 2 weeks. Besides that, you didn't even need VIP for that basic search. The VIP allows you to read the juicy details, and see the rates, ratings, and services available. Your post is confusing. What do you mean by face/body pics? Are you even talking about TER? Or some other site?
and almost 500 hits -- just looking in USA and San Fran.
Also did an advanced search for the city, with Escort = Yes and min looks and performance 8 and get nearly 100.
You must have put in some type of criteria that is mutually exclusive resulting in the 0 results. ALso, The reviews will not have any pics -- the Ads might and the links in the Provider's profile should have images.
