When associating with only established high-end, well reviewed providers, what is the protocol for "freshness"? I'm assuming fresh sheets and fresher provider. Is that a fair expectation?

A clean lady is certainly a fair expectation. Fresh bed sheets between clients? You've got to be kidding!  When I was doing a lot of in calls it was something I tried not to think about. As someone else said, you normally would not go under the covers anyway.  

I do mainly out calls now so I don't think about this issue at all.

Why are you getting under the sheets? I've never had a guy want to get under the sheets...
But yes my top bed spread is always clean. I wash it after everytime which is probley why it started out pink and is now faded to a light magenta...lol

With any provider here, I don't think you need to worry about rolling into a wet spot.

I change my sheets between each date. When I'm in a hotel, I never entertain under the covers. However, because of the nature of my affairs, there's rarely semen to sheet contact. A guys "load" often ends up in the cover or on my face/body. And yes, I shower with body scrub between each date.
