Okay so I am a new hobbyist just getting into the game and I have one dilema. I live in Bermuda which is a very conservative country so can't find providers there. So when I occasionally go to the U.S. I try to come here and other places for a provider. Also since I am not known legit and high quality providers which I prefer do not trust me or I can't quailify for a screening. So my question is if I travel but want to meet quality people how do i build refrences or reputation?

Who is Gina, And if I travel will providers ever remember me for a refrence if I am not local and are newbie friendly providers hard to come by because it takes me sometimes almost half a day to get a decent provider?

Once you sign up for P411 you can search for providers that mention on their P411 profile they are newbie friendly.
Once you see some P411 ladies and get okays(references)you will be on your way
I think that will help you out.Also you can look at provider's ads and websites here there is alot of us ladies who will see newbie gents without references.While references are helpful at times there is other alternative methods to screen you.

What about TER white lists?  How are those perceived by providers?  Do they look at them the same way that they look at references?

I would also suggest P411 which will help in the screening process.

we (ladies) give ok's and those are added to your profile. Reputable ladies double check those oks tho, P411 is a great advertisement tool for us... and a good way to find ladies for you (client). Not because you are on p411, means you don't have to be screened...  
p411 is just another / additional layer of safety.

whitelist I do not really pay attention to for the simple fact that some guys have whitelists by ladies they have never seen.
I do accept and provide references but even if a guy has a whitelist I will still contact a couple of the ladies.
I don't take the whitelists at face value.

...to me. It would then say "TER whitelist means nothing" to me. I don't doubt the whitelist means nothing to you but it does to others. There are ladies that accept TER whitelist as a reference on it's own. Then there are ladies like Jaydalee who take the whitelist as a reference and contact the provider giving the whitelist to see what she says about the client.

but as a monger, I interact with hundreds of hookers, and let me state from experience that well over 90% of the P411 ladies I have seen will accept my P 411 credentials as full screening, with no other hoops to jump through.

Thank you for the responses.  Although I'm sure it happens, I would think that a provider white listing someone that they never met would be a rarity.  That said, if someone has multiple white lists, then I would think that would alleviate that concern.  I would think that would be how most providers would perceive white lists?  Aren't they supposed to mean that the provider validated the experience/review?  I would think that most providers would only white list someone if they have seen them multiple times?  Do providers white list someone so that they remember them?  What motivates a provider to white list someone?

The way I treat a TER "White list" is the same way I treat a P411 "Okay". I'm still going to email the most recent two companions to get a feel for the the prospective client. There are some things a blanket "white list" or "okay" cannot tell you.  

along with other information when screening potential clients.

I will look at TER Whitelist as one layer of my verification. Same with P411. I do contact ladies via email even if a gent has Whitelists and P4r1 Okays. And not all ladies verify the same way obviously.

1. Go to Vegas.
2. Bring a lot of money.
3. Schedule 2 or 3 providers a day (newbie friendly)
4. Be nice, and treat the ladies well. (And enjoy yourself)
5. Write reviews and ask for references, ok's and whitelists.
6. Go home a happy man.

P411 would be the first thing I would do.

I completely agree! There have been a few times I've done that and ended up having to decline. I personally have not given oks or whitelists without them being legit, and I'm always more than happy to confirm that with fellow providers when they inquire.

alternative methods. The more veteran the provider is the more likely there's alternative method, but you will need to ask to find out. You will need to explain your situation. Since you are probably not holding US password, that's usually sufficient for LE check. You may need to show her your ticket/boarding pass upon meeting her. It may also help if your checked luggage is in clear view.
