Hello TER,

I am very new to this site and I am having trouble navigating.  My friend AAT told me to read the guidelines when I first signed up. I have been but I cant find the section that tells you how to change or update profile information? Can anyone help me? It will be a miracle if this post even works! Thanks Joice

..."Report a Problem."  Tell TER what needs to be corrected/updated, e.g., new phone number, website, email addy, hair color, etc.

Until you get a review, you will not have a profile that is visible to others.  Once you get a review, you can ask admin to link it to your handle and also ask for limited VIP which will allow you to read the juicy details of your reviews, but not those of others.  Right now, I suggest you read the self help center, it has lots of info for providers.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask on this forum, or you can PM me, I am the host of the newbie board.  BTW, the only info on you on site is in your account manager until you get a review, and only you can access that.

self-help manual (top right of this page near the lifesaver) as well as several pages here on the Newbie board. Many questions repeat every week or so.
