I am new to this hobby and I am trying to arrange meetings but I haven't got any references to provide the host. Can anyone tell me what the best method for becoming a verified real hobbyist?

Search in your area reviews for newbie friendly providers.  If you don't have VIP, get it, you will need it to see the whole review and profile.  You could also join one or more of the verification sites, Date Check, Preferred411, and RoomService2000.  Check and see which is most popular in your area.

Once you have seen a provider, if she is a TER member, ask her if she would give you a Whitelist referral.  You can also start posting on your local board to get your name out there, hopefully that will help with your reputation.  Read the self-help manual.  The link to it is under the Life Preserver at the top of this page.  That will answer most, if not all, of your questions.

You should be able to hook up if you are willing to provide some personal information (never credit card or driver's license information). Pay in cash, never use a CC. Be on time to appointments and treat the providers fairly, if they are bad, drop the agency, if good you may have found a place where you can see several ladies over time. The best providers and agencies will provide references once they are comfortable with you.
