of this page. You will find that you can post an ad on your local regional ad board once every 7 days. You will also see that anytime you respond to a post (not starting a new thread) you can ad the link to your website / ad at the bottom of your reply.

Your TER ID # will be assigned to you once you get your first review. Clients do not need the TER ID # in order to write a review.
