Found this for you - which for future reference you can find by clicking on the “INFO & POLICIES” button way at the top of this page. Then look on the left side of the page and click the link for” White Listing FAQ“. In there is a link for:

I'M A PROVIDER, HOW DO I SUBMIT A REFERRAL?
and it says:
Go to Reviews and click "Search White List" Type either the user name or e-mail address and click "Submit." When the user's White List appears, click on the button that says "Submit referral." It's that easy.

Welcome Emily - First things First

CK provided the right answer, but missed an important step.

Since only providers can post a white list referral, TER has to first know that you are a provider.  Contact TER (PM Admin, email [email protected], or use the "contact us" link at the of every TER page), and request to have your review profile to your user name.  This will give you free limited VIP status, which means that you will be able to view your reviews in full and use TER's mail system.  While you have their attention, you can also request access to TER's "providers only" board.

Something else to keep in mind.  If you want to link your site to a post on TER, your site has to display the TER badge or banner.  It is easy to add, PM me if you need help.  Remember that you can always post a link to you profile.
