To the left you'll see the Regional Boards, in bold type. Use the drop down window to find the city you're located in. If you don't see it, you can use the "other city" location. Check other providers who advertise on the regional board, as to what you might want to put in your ad.

You might want to put a bit more info on your web page, such as where you are (city/region).  And I'd suggest telling a little about yourself, it matters to some (most?) guys.
