The TER forums are discussion boards, and not an advertising medium. However, providers are allowed to post one ad message per week on specific forums, provided it meets certain criteria (for example, ad posts are not allowed on the FAQ for Newbies board).
There are two similar but quite different messages that can be displayed when provider profiles do not appear:
This one, which does not include the provider's name: "Provider Not Found! This provider information is no longer available on TER."
And this one, which does display the provider's name: "This provider information is no longer available on TER."
The first one, "provider not found", means that the profile has actually been deleted - and almost always because the profile and associated reviews were combined with another profile.
The second one indicates that the provider's profile has been delisted.
The link currently associated with Charli's username is provider ID=78050, and has been deleted. Her newly combined profile is ID=81010 (see below).
Charli, you should notify TER admin to have the profile link associated with your username corrected.
