Kelly, please check out the 'Welcome' link below - you should find the information on posting provider ads and the TER review process to be quite helpful.  It also supplies guidelines on what is necessary to include a link in your posts to your web site, and it includes a link to instructions that describe how to attach a picture link to your message posts.

The TER forums are discussion boards, and not an advertising medium.  However, providers are allowed to post one ad message per week on specific forums, provided it meets certain criteria (for example, ad posts are not allowed on the FAQ for Newbies board).
