Roxi, please check out the link below - you should find the information on posting provider ads and the TER review process to be quite helpful.

The TER forums are discussion boards, and not an advertising medium.  However, providers are allowed to post one ad message per week on specific forums, provided it meets certain criteria (for example, ad posts are not allowed on the FAQ for Newbies or General Discussion boards).

You may post your tour ads on the regional boards that service the areas that you will be visiting.  If there are not specific regional boards for the cities you plan to visit, your ad message should be posted on the 'Other Cities' discussion board.

You should advertise on the Regional boards. Also state you're doing pre bookings. Also advertise on other sites also.

Welcome to the board, once you have a few reviews, there is a Providers Only board that established providers from all across the country post all types of information on.

You will also find recommendations on that board to other sites that are specifically ran by and for providers with plenty of helpful information. (*Besides, these boards are out of the “General public viewing” so it doesn't parade everything we share to the entire world*)
