If you are trying to design your personal website, mrfisher gave you some good advice. Also you could check out the many free template type "build your own" websites design sites. There are many out there and they are pretty simple to use. Wix.com is one of them. It is a universal website design tool but many providers use it. There are also some sites that are geared specifically for providers such as escortsite.com.
If you are just looking for an ad mall to run your ads, There is EROS, cityvibe, and some others. There is also Backpage, which has a bad reputation, but in some cases and in some areas of the country it is actually the best or only place to advertise. You can also run a free ad on the TER ad boards once every seven days. There is no Sacramento regional board, so you would use the "other Cities" board, or the San Fransisco board. You could probably alternate between the two every seven days for maximum exposure. To run an ad on TER, you have to link back to your personal website (whcih you don't have yet) or to an ad on an ad mall (which you don't have yet) or to your TER profile (which you do have) You can also join P411 and/or Date-check if you are not already on there. These are verification sites but you can also use them for advertising, and if you run a TER ad, you can link to your p411 or date-check profile.
