What is the deal with the brand new escorts -I have often see this as an advertising enticer- now of course if someone is genuinely new i could understand why there would not be any reviews- but i have read here do not set up a date with someone who has not been reviewed- is there anyway to know if a new escort is legit ? I contacted one prices were three hunder an hour I asked if kissing was ok (that could be another question in itself is it ok to ask this?) and she said only full service (which i think means oral and a lay) please help thanks

It's very hard to research new providers, so sometimes you have to go with your gut.  But, from reading your post, you do not seem to be too experienced in this life.  So, stay with well-reviewed providers for a while, and do NOT ask about services provided on the phone.  That is a major NO-NO.  You need to read the newbie guide on this forum.

Old school always advised way back in 1998 to Never discuss such BackDoor topics on the phone. Flips/LE use that tactic....Then again bottom feeders speak that slang. Due to hitting Street chicks...My Fanbase knows plenty about me from their Brother donors...and such Topics will Never be spoken over the phone. Nu school has that headache,,,due to recruiting phase for new Bf associates...Learn from those who paved the way..Like they say "Those hills are filled with Gold". Some people never listen....

Ok thank you Lou I appreciate it I will take your advice

NO NEW PROVIDER STARTS AT 300/1HR(unless she's with an agency)
I started at 100/hr. No one is going to shell out big bucks for someone who is a complete newbie.

As far as talking about services on the phone if she is a true newbie(which I doubt) she might not know what not to talk about...but if she LE she's know exactly WHAT to talk about.

1)Google or lookup her number.Chances are if she's new her 'client' phone will be new or she ill be using her personal cellphone

2)Check around if her pics are legit. There's a website for that and you can tell where the pic has been cross posted and what dates. It was just talked about on here not too long ago.

If you're not an experienced hobbyist I would pass her up for now.

If she really is new and you are new also that is usually a bad combination. All new ladies make mistakes even when being mentored. Such as not talking about services on the phone.  The fact that you had to ask this question means your new also. You need to start with established ladies so that you can have good first experiences, and get a feel for what practices are normal. Also read the help center and back posts on this board. When your experienced enough you'll know the risks associated with TOFT. Also you will be able to offer a truly new lady constructive feedback.
The bigger problem with advertised new ladies is that really could mean she is new in your area, having ripped off all the guys in the last city and had to move on. You just need to know how to tell the difference which with your level of experience is harder to do. Even old hands on here who TOFT can get caught on occasion, but they also know how to get out of situations that are going bad in most cases.

If girls work for agencies, they tend not to be LE, because someone with more at stake than you has already interviewed them.

But absolutely, as mentioned above, DO NOT discuss sexual activity on the phone. I was trained as a madam by the best, and the first rule is if the caller starts to list sexual preferences, then terminate the call with a polite "We're not that kind of agency, Sir. Sorry."

It sucks for us, because we end up losing potentially great clients just because they don't know the etiquette.

Does that mean you can't see new girls? Hell no. I just hired 2 brand new students, never worked before. Should they be sidelined because one of you hasn't reviewed them yet? Hardly. But by sending them out, I stand to lose a lot if someone is a cop. So I did my homework, to keep all us players safe.
