And save those PMs.  If he does make good to redo the review (I doubt he will.), send those PMs to TER administration and let them settle his hash.

You let things go too far.  You should have pulled the plug as soon as he started to exhibit controlling/stalking behavior.

Suggestions on how to handle this:

Seen hobbyist several times, session was odd but alright (he enjoyed them alot). Gives ok overall review, decent but not amazing (was disappointed on perceived "looks"). Hobbyist in between meetings constantly tries dating said provider. Made clear not interested and said (nicely) that it would be nice if didn't get so many texts unless arranging meeting (because it was getting ridiculous and he was persistant!). Still willing to meet him (and had grandfathered him in when rates increased). Apparently he has no money, but yet has done many, many reviews (almost all bad ones lol) in mean time (this is all over the course of a year). Tries getting further discount (asks alot) and answer is no. Still dumb enough to see him (yeah I know), but was planning on not in the future.

So last time met, he just wanted to argue about wanting BBFS since all of these other gals he sees does it for him. Nicely said no and he kept it up, he didn't force himself however just wouldn't knock it off. Finally said to the effect that since he sees all these other gals BBFS and has money for them, why would I do it and why would I discount if he has so much money. (Not nice of me, but was getting mad). Finished visit and made up mind that he is a no see from now on. Later, I get pms about him now suddenly want to redo review since I didn't do what I don't even offer! Yes he flat out stated he would give bad review if I didn't do what he wanted next time. BTW, he tried also having me meet 2 of his coworkers and tried by passing screening. Flat out said NO. They want to see me, they can go through me and do screening. (Got the feeling he was going to make money off of me WTF)

So my solution: 1) was to contact TER to let them know I am basically being black mailed (I have pms from this person). Figuring this would protect myself from threatened horrid review. 2) Not see him again, ever. Ignore his calls/texts/pms.

Not sure what got into him, as had a good 15 visits with him. I have less than 30 reviews and don't want some BS review done to mess with my ratings.

Don't see him, don't respond to him and if he posts a fake review, report him.

Agree with mrfisher, ignore him.  If he persists, inform Admin and include those threats and PM's.  You might consider sharing this with your fellow providers on the providers' only forum that are in your area, so they can avoid him also.

It would seem that you have done just about all you could do to discourage his behavior to no avail thus far.  You could also put him on national blacklists if you want to go that far.

There are so many red flags here that I can't begin to list them all.  Are you a glutton for punishment?

Contact TER, and get him booted if you want, but consider that he has exhibited sociopathic behavior, so why kick the bee's nest?

Better to just ignore him.

Claims to get BBFS from others putting you at risk.  Now, he's threatening a bad review unless you comply.  
I would inform TER admin that he's made these threats.  Right now.  TER admin does not need to DO anything at this point but if you don't report it, it's like it didn't happen & it will be harder for you to prove in the future.  
If he follows through with his threats, you will, of course, inform TER admin.  He probably won't but you can not be sure of that.  
I hope he doesn't know your personal information & you don't provide anywhere he can trace you.  
You will not reply to him.  He's crossed several lines...  you never see him again.  
Save any messages he sends but do not reply.  

Long term, one bad review isn't that bug a deal, though it will hurt you short term.  In this case, having made a record threatening this very thing...  I'd expect TER admin will pull the review.  

I am more concerned that this man who has become abusive might go into full stalker mode.  Be very careful in your screening lest he try to get to see you with a new name or number.  Or any one of several dirty trick he might pull.

It's really simple...if you can prove he did what you are saying, forward the emails to Admin. Problem with guys like this, is they don't usually send those requests over email...they make those threats in person or over the phone, so you can't prove it. In your case, sounds like you have the proof so if a review pops up, they will already know what to expect from this ass hat. Yes, he is an ass hat.
