My thoughts on this matter: Since you should shower, either on arrival to the incall location, or just before the lady arrives at your outcall, just urinate right before the shower and solve both of your problems.

No worries babe. It is rude to urinate then climb into bed with someone and expect a bbbj. On short visits where I know we won't be hitting the hot tub or shower before the festivites, I wash after peeing. I would be horrified to think she could smell or taste it.
