After a 4 year relocation for work, I have returned to Chicago and looking forward to getting back into it.  I have a question that I was hoping the TER community can shed some light on.  Upon my retun to Chicago, I attempted to reach out to my Regular doctor to get a re-fill for ED medication.  I come to find that he had retired while I was away.  Given that, I wanted to know if anyone has a recommendation for an on-line pharmacy who have doctors on staff to write a perscription as part of the order process.  Not sure if there are reliable on-line pharmacies like this, but I thought I would check.

should not be taken without a perscription. A lot of things can happen to your health in 4 years; hopefully nothing bad but you should get checked out.

You should have one anyway...  at least if you fill a real Rx at a real pharmacy you'll be getting the prescribed med & not a fake.  BTW, if you use Viagra, ask for the 100 mg dose no matter what dose you use.  My doctor told me to cut the pills, the coating is because they taste bad.  So swallow it already.  All the V doses cost about the same, regardless of dose, so 1/4 of 100 mg (my dose) gives more bang for the buck.

You should have a doctor.. but for obvious worries about who knows what about what I do... I Found a legit online dispenser of ED medicine.. Kwikmed.. You have to give them a medical history and a summary of drugs you may be on now.. and then they send you real Viagra... I tried the 1st one in a 5 pill pack.. I split them into 50 Mg.. doses... so I had 10.. tomorrow another 10 pill pack arrives.. I have been using Viagra with none of the negative effects friends have told me about (headache, upset stomach, congestion).. and it's really working for me very well.. I should now be OK for a few months.. Going To a local Dr. and to your own pharmacy will be a ton cheaper.. I do resent that with shipping, my 10 pill pack is over $400 !! outrageous ! but that's my decision because I cannot imagine going to my family doctor,asking for it.. and then something is said to my wife.. and we haven't touched each other in over 12 years.. I don't need that kind of misery.. Look over the KwikMed website and do a wikipedia  on it.. it is legit..

At least in the city where I am, Walgreens is cheaper for real Viagra than online. Just FYI.

There are a huge amount of fake pharmaceuticals out there, and ED meds are a big target.  So, that will probably mean a real prescription, and a real doctor.  There are a few online pharmacies that are legitimate, so do your homework and don't just go for cheap.  

Definitely second the advice on getting the largest dose available on any ED med, viagra, cialis, etc.  Pill cutters are a great invention, and you can go down to quarters of a pill quite easily (smaller than that is tough just trying to get the pill to fit in the cutter).  The exact dose is not that critical, not important if you took 20mg instead of 30mg, or whatever.
