a few suggestions when leaving voice mails and messages...
1. speak clearly and slowly 2. recite your phone number twice.. especially if your on a cell phone... so many times i hear 213 35 862... and i cant call that back... 3. say whether or not you can receive a call back anytime or only after a certain time or only before a certain time... or only today.. etc.
