Did you receive email confirmation from TER's billing agent? If not, it is likely that the transaction didn't complete, and you haven't been billed. You should be able to determine this by either going online, or calling you card company to to check your recent transactions.
If you did received email receipts from the billing agency, you can follow the links to their customer support.
You will also want to contact [email protected], by either email, or through the "contact us" link at the top of the page (select the "membership enguiry" option) to ask how to proceed.
