If it's on a site with many providers, it might mean that she is paying a little more to get better exposure.  If it's just on her site, it's just a advertising ploy on her part to make her look more desirable to clients.  Just because she has VIP in front of her name does not elevate her 'out of your league'.  I think her donation amount would make that determination.
