Is there a method to get better review results in the search engine? Whenever I try to search for a provider's imfo in the search section, I usually end up with no results.
Give a specific example of something you searched. Too little WRONG info gets nothing ("Mery Smith" instead of "Mary Smith." gets ZERO Marys.) Too much info could get no hits. ("Mary Smith, blond, 31-35, ..." will miss the actual "Mary Smith, blond, 26-30, ...") . Not all fields are searchable with just a Basic membership. You need VIP to search more detailed details.

While it might be possible that none meet the criteria you entered it is possible that you're unwittingly putting something in the criteria that is treated as some type X and Y search but X and Y are mutually exclusive (which might be a bug).
Other than telling us what you are doing the best approach would be to start removing one of the criteria at a time until you get some type of result and then see which caused the 0 results. Alternatively start with as open a search (say you area + 15 miles) and then start narrowing down.
