asking. If you don't ask, it's an automatic "no." If you ask and you're told "no" you're no worse off than you were. If they say yes, you got it because you asked.

He will then ether say yes, no , maybe later based on your posting history and input from other moderators about your request to be unmoderated.

Some board moderators will un-moderate you on their own. Some you will have to ask to be un-moderated.

It basically comes down to the moderator becoming comfortable that you are sane and won't do something stupid like out a member or something.

Go to your home board and start a thread with a request to be un-moderated in the subject line. You can support your case with details in the message part if you like.

If nothing else, you will be on the moderators radar screen for those who want to be un-moderated.
