I have two reviews that are approved and posted. How and when does the VIP membership kick in? I read the FAQ but it talks about the wait time is for the reviews to be approved. --thanks in advance

Sorry, I'm having the same issue.  I have submitted the requisite 2 reviews, the last one being approved 2-3 days ago I believe and I haven't had VIP enabled.  Are there any additional steps that I need to take?
