how long does it take to get VIP membership after submitting 2 reviews, does someone send you an email telling you that you have VIP membership? thanks

But first you should check the status of your
reviews.  They could be awaiting approval or they
could have been rejected, in which case, you may
have to resubmit them.

Click on the account manager selection at the
very top of this page.  From there you can check
your review status and also your account status.
Once you are a VIP, the accoutn status will tell
you how many days you have left in the VIP days
bank.

This will vary according to staff available to check your reviews and day you submitted it... as I see from your post, from a Sunday, likely no one will see the reviews until Monday.  Normally - two to three weekday (working) days.
Do not forget, you also get credit for VIP membership days when submitting problem reports.
Honestly cannot remember if email is sent or not, but you will know when it has been given out, just look at the Welcome, historian05 at top of TER page... will show you as vip member.
