I had the same problem - you do realize that the payment goes to the Netherlands - so mail time is long.  Go to contact section and let TER know how you paid and when - ect.  Reseach the threads on here and you will find a lot of discussion on this topic.  I believe everyone has come to the conclusion that a gift Mastercard is the safe non-tracable way to go that is also the quickest.
