That allows you to read the juicy details of your own reviews and allows you to send and receive PMs. It also allows you to whitelist clients. If you get full VIP it gives you access to more search features and allows you to read the juicy details of all reviews. Some providers like to have VIP because they use it to read a potential clients reviews and helps her to see if they will be a good fit, or gives her ideas what the client likes and how to make the session better for him. Others like to have VIP for the search functions and other reasons. Only you can decide if it is worth it for you to have or not. Maybe some providers will chime in with their own take on having full VIP or not.  

It seems like you are in Kansas City which is not a high use TER area so it may not be beneficial to you, but it might help you, if you get out and tour other cities where TER is more popular.
