I just purchased the the VIP upgrade but am unable to access any of it... I checked my debit card and it has been deducted. Help anyone, why can't I access vip? Does it take a couple days or what?
I agree with you that he should contact TER Monday morning if his VIP is still not activated, but not sure he can use "contact us." I don't know if non VIPs have that option (maybe they do but I can't tell, because I am VIP.) Anyway he can always email [email protected]

If you don't have it by morning, use the contact us button to inquire about it. They will get it straightened out for you.
