Use the "contact us" button and ask TER support, what happened. Might be a glitch. They should be able to straighten it out, and hopefully credit you the missed days, from when they told you it started. However I do have one suggestion before contacting them. Try logging off, and then log back on. Sometimes that does the trick. Quick and easy, and if that doesn't work, then jump on the "contact us" button.
