There have been a few guys who have had their T reviews removed because providers would not see them.

No, I am not asking what the letters stand for.  And I do know what a transsexual is.  But I don't understand what they are all about. I have seen pictures of what appear to be incredibly hot women (with boobs), but below the waste is a penis.  

I know my question might sound stupid, but why do they exist?  How do they exist?  Who goes to see them, bisexuals?  I guess I just don't get it.  I am not passsing judgement by the way.

But if you don't want to be surprised, always select either yes or no (your choice) in the Transvestite box when doing an advanced search.
