I have looked at the TER Newbie and the TER General Boards to find the Proper Introduction on a email/text to a Provider, without success. I know the basics: the intro, my information, date & time request,etc. When I contact a provider I want to stand out in my initial email/text, and have more positive results in securing a date. I would appreciate any help especially from Providers (and veteran reviewers). Thank you.

Read the provider's website very carefully, and be sure to address every item she points out when making contact.

 
Keep your inquiry brief, friendly, and business like.

 
Be sure your grammar, spelling, etc., is perfect.  Proof read it a couple of times before you hit send.

 
Do all this, and you can't go wrong.
