When girls verify through the employer how does that process work. I am just a little nervous with the line of work that I am in. Would love for somebody to ease my mind

It is just THAT "Employer verification".

The Provider will call the main switchboard number and introduce herself as some minion in the process of a loan application/verification or other such tale in respect to Mr. Anonymous. If the receptionist/operator verifies in any way that Mr. Anonymous works there(or not) the Provider puts appropriate closure to the call and the process is over.

This is Dr. dentist's office calling, can I speak with Joe Hobby.  Oh, I understand he is not in.  Can you remind him of his dental appointment on Friday at time.

I go a little further.  I need to actually speak o the gent in question while at work.  It can be a generic 2 minute conversation, but it needs to happen regardless.  The phone number he gives me needs to verifiable as belonging to the company he says he works for (will usually be listed on the company website) and I prefer it to be a trunk line with a 'dial by employee' feature.  If he's not in, then I will leave a generic VM for him (whatever cover story he has indicated - sometimes secretaries check the boss' VM for him and then personally remind him of whom he needs to call back) and he needs to call me back from the same trunk line.  His business VM voice will match the voice on the return phone call.

I'm always leery of a receptionist answering because anyone can pose as a receptionist (especially if the number cannot be verified as legit) and say Mr. Hobby works there.... it really tells me nothing in and of itself.

Choose your ladies wisely and this process is discreet and painless.  Good luck!

I work nights and dont have a problem with the lady calling in to talk to me. It would actually be better because we work with a skeleton crew and I am very close with everyone. Opposed to her calling in a talking to an office personel

Many gentlemen get extremely nervous about the idea of employment verification and everything mentioned above regarding cover stories etc holds true. We simply need to know that you are indeed you. Nobody wants to draw attention to themselves when contacting your place of employment. We need to be just as discretion minded as you do. A lady that screens well and has her clients best interests at heart will protect her clients and keep them from harm. Many times we can find your information via the company website, calling in just confirms this for us. In the case we cannot locate it on a company website it let's us know that all is well. Nothing is fool proof but being extra cautious always pays off in the end.

XoXo,
Savanah
