Usually she requires employment info like the name of your employer, your position in the company, and a telephone number at your place of business to discretely call your job to verify  you employment. I for one give references of other providers I have been with to verify who I am rather than give out employment info. References seem safer to me.

Usually she'll ask for your name,number,address or hotel location,maybe a few references,where you work and your work phone number and photo ID when you arrive for your appt.

Don't give out any information you are not comfortable with.  The more well-reviewed the lady, the more information I'm willing to give.
