I am new to screening myself and wanted to know is it good to still ask for references even if a potential client has p411 or date-check

Being on P411 or DC just means that he is a verified hobbyist - especially if he has OKs on the site.

I believe Date-Check allows providers to write a line or two about the guy. Don't quote me on this, but that's what I have heard. I don't have Date-Check.  However, if you really care to know more things about the guy that the sites doesn't lend itself to, you should ask for references and email/PM them and ask more specific questions..

For e.g.
Did the guy come on time.. Was he clean?
Was the guy rough while having sex?
Did he have a super big cock? No seriously.. Some gals won't see guys who are too big..
Did he talk way too much about his favorite sports team....lol

I always tell any new provider seeking advice that screen as much as you like.. Knock yourself out, but at the same time don't expect every guy to abide by your screening methods. You might end up losing some business... Its all good if you end up meeting your financial goals, but if you end up losing business because of your onerous screening, it would be smart to find some common ground.

They're fairly reliable and most providers seem to accept mine without a problem...  especially since I have several okays.

ultimately your safety is your responsibility. If a client looks like he doesn't have adequate references,  its a good idea to ask for additional references. I don't have a problem when a lady wants more references.  It's a little more hassle for both parties, and i might whine a little but my bigger brain doesn't mind it because it gives me reassurance that the girl is safer to see than others.

Now on the other hand,  asking for too much personal info would prompt me to see another girl instead.  If we have established trust and friendship I may divulge my work info and what not but I tend to tread carefully.  Some girls do ask for employment info so that's an option to.  so it's really up to the girl to decide how much info she wants before she feels safe versus deterring potential clients by asking too much

his most recent "Okays". If you can not verify through P411 then you may need to ask for references directly from him.

...a gentleman has given her permission to do so.  I have had many irate gentlemen, once they have found that a lady contacted me without asking.  I would NEVER contact a lady out of the blue, and ask about a gentleman.

I also, do not rely on any verification site, as a sole means of verification.  Gentlemen must still forward the form from my website, or include it in an e-mail.

Kelly

Your safety is the most important thing.  I'd recommend contacting some local ladies in your town as well, most will be glad to give you some guidance as well.

...another profession, and am more concerned about true name and place of employment.  P411 is never used as a sole means of verification.

Again; it's about contacting a lady without the gentleman's permission.  I just do not operate that way.  Each and every lady operates differently, and I respect all business models.

... stay away from those so called blacklist websites.

Next to impossible to verify a huge percentage of the reports. Many reports are ludicrous and laughable.

I've seen reports go like this...

Rape! Rape! Then the guy's first name is listed, but no phone number or other pertinent information about this guy. The report doesn't even mention if the person who reported this event was themselves raped. If that's true... how does this lady know that this guy is a rapist?

Can that kind of report be verified by anyone? No.

Seriously? Why even bother reporting a rape on a blacklist site? Reporting rapes should be left to the law enforcement, not on blacklist sites.

Just like yelling 'Fire' in a movie theater only to find out that there wasn't one.
