First ... where is the crime when two consenting adults want to have fun BCD? Like a gazillion other transactions that happen every minute of every day, there is a product/service and a customer need for that product/service. There is no damage or harm (physical, emotional or financially) to either party so ... where is the crime? As I saw yesterday, we pay other people to let our dogs get doggie and that isn't a crime so why is it one between two consenting adults?

Now my real question ... we (Hobbyist) are screened by a service hired by Providers, are there any such services that screen  Providers on behalf of Hobbyists? Absolutely no disrespect to Providers but if such service existed wouldn't that ease the anxiety some (or many) Hobbyist may have? One site that screens ALL members before admitting them as Members, then all of the Members can be at ease knowing there isn't any LE involved, and if that happens then the website loses credibility and could be liable ... or something like that?

That's the way hobbyist screen escorts. BTW you will need vip membership to read the details.

Many websites check provides AND hobbyists. They require both have references and reviews to prove they are who they say they are.
Chances are though is she has more than 2 reviews she is legit.(granted the one's who reviewed her have reviewed others as well)

There are verification sites.  P411, Date Check, RS2K just to name a few.

The premise is that money exchanged for time, companionship, modeling is NOT a crime, and if two consenting adults are attracted and wind up doing something further, well that could happen, right? ;) Problems come in when one mentions exchanging money for sex acts.. now do I believe it should be a crime? Nope, it is consensual, if it's legal in other contexts why not a companionship/escorting context.. no victims in my mind.. but I suppose some see human trafficking and children involved as costs of the industry and there are indeed victims there- to me, pushing things underground creates this problem though, and victimizes where there could be more regulation over the REAL crimes.

Onto question 2, I agree with what's said. A provider's review, and the ability to read her posts, site, and history of TER reviews is how a gentleman can find out not only if she is legit, but if she provides in general the type of appearances and services he enjoys. I know as mentioned, providers AND hobbyists undergo screening to join sites, like datecheck/p411/rs2k. I don't use any, and some would argue without this protection and with a "stage name" as most providers use you can't be sure-- BUT, for me at least, I do my own screening. Some hobbyists argue that I should not have to know their full name, or other info, to see them, since I don't give equal info to them. But the thing is, as a woman, we are vulnerable to rape, assault, etc. that hobbyists simply are not. Both are vulnerable to LE, and both to being ripped off or robbed, perhaps hobbyists moreso, and especially not knowing if the gal has accurate pics or is in a safe location, etc.

BUT I will say that while yes a gal can change her name, I have seen since 2007 that these boards to an impeccable job of "outing" providers who change names to avoid their bad reviews/ROB status/etc. (i.e. this girl is really using this name and this name also, these girls share a number, beware of this one, etc.) and looking out for one another like that-- by matching pics, physical appearance, phone numbers, ad content, etc. gents can easily figure this out time and again and inform each other. Likewise women do have boards to do this but we have to use first and last names among ourselves, and check ID, because men can easily change a name or email online otherwise and no one would know, and another provider could get hurt by this man.

As for LE, it depend on vicinity as to how big an issue they make, here we're lucky in that they are pretty liberal, but gents, with some common sense, can pretty much avoid getting busted by LE by NEVER visiting an un-reviewed provider or a provider who mentions any sex acts. Also-- look into the other reviews written by a provider's reviewer-- if they have three reviews but all by unknown reviewers, there may be red flags there-- at least one should be by someone with more than just one review and/or active board participation IMHO.

If you are not "soliciting," (a crime by today's crazy standards), and you do not mention (or respond to or see a provider who mentions) *money for sex/sex for money* then there is no solicitation and thus no crime can be proven, so the worst that could happen in theory is that you get there and realize, when she starts to talk about money and/or sex acts, that something is shady, and leave asap, they may hassle you if LE but grounds to bust? Nope. But you will not find yourself in this position, 99.9%, if you see well-reviewed providers with good histories. Also, outcall IMHO is safer as long as you are at a hotel (at home, it is not more of an LE risk imho, but with an SO and/or with a newer provider, you simply may not want to have an unknown woman to your home, some gents differ in thought on this one) but for example, if YOU set up the hotel, you know is not being monitored or the site of a sting operation. Also, let the girl initiate contact i.e. make the first move, leave a plain envelope out maybe with her name on it but don't talk money, etc. and let her start contact- I don't think a cop would initiate a make-out session without first trying to get recorded evidence of intent to exchange sex/money which would make a conviction stick. You play your cards right you can stay safe no matter what in most cases, but the BEST way to avoid LE in particular is ONLY see well reviewed girls with at least one known reviewer on TER who do not discuss sex acts for money and promise their TIME or companionship. Never get into the room with LE, and you will not be busted- if you are both consenting and LE comes to the door, what can they do? Sex in a hotel room is not a crime!!

I will note, I always try to remember to put the envelope in my purse and/or wallet immediately so that SHOULD housekeeping or anyone else interrupt, not really worried about LE because how would they ever know or arrive, ya know, unless it was getting violent in which case I would be glad for their help, but I do see that envelope as the one more obvious sign, to anyone (even having to open the door a crack for housekeeping to say you don't need them today or whatever) to notice that, otherwise what is to distinguish it from any other hotel room tryst?

Hope that helps one understand these a bit more, from someone who has been around for about 4 years with a hiatus in between. Again I don't use the verification services atm, feel safer doing my own screening, but reviews to me, and even PM'ing reviewers to confirm if you feel safer, are number one to me for a hobbyist's safety, and number two can be going with a gal who is either screened by a referral/screening service, and/or vouched for by another provider known and trusted, even if that particular provider is not on the site (ex. a provider I mentored back in the day, who is now well known in town, Stella, is a P411 member. I am not. But she is, and she is a friend, so say a client had met her and knew P411 had screened her- she could vouch for me and help me get into P411, BUT she could also vouch for me directly to the hobbyist, as could a woman's doubles' partners. Just some thoughts, stay safe, but really, depending on your approach, the LE risk is low if you are not doing the craigslist thing and seeing unknown quantities- do your homework, be discreet, and usually you're good to go, at least in my experience and opinion, unless things have drastically changed in my absence!!

Have fun and be safe!!
