In light of CLassyDC and DMV exposure of client lists, if a person was a client of these organizations only but not other agencies, How do you get on other agency verification without getting into the same fiasco as before with Classy or DMV? Any body know of other reputable agencies like Classy or DMV (without the same kind of attention they got from LE)?

Personally, I am afraid of Indys as you dont know what you are getting into and all the verification needed with multiple providers! People suggest date check and P411, but they request so much private info and what happens when they get taken down?

Well, if a site like P411 actually doesn't keep any identifiable info, then it's probably a lot safer...especially since there is no evidence against you.  You signed up for a verification service.  There's nothing illegal with that as far as I know.

Even if LE does find out you use their service, so what?  What illegal activities does it prove you were involved in?

I'm sure if you do a search, this subject will pop up dozens of times.

I based in Canada. So your information can't even be touched by LE from the US. It is in their best interests to keep your info safe for you. They are also very willing to work with you to verify you, and have several different ways to get the information they need from what your willing to give them.

take the time to read reviews to ascertain whether the lady will give him the experience he is looking for. "You can't tell a book by its cover" and you can't tell a provider's performance level by just looking at her pics.

you greatly reduce the risk of problems with Uncle LEO.  The previous posters have made a lot of good points.  There are risks involved regardless of who you decide to visit, anyway you look at it, P4P is illegal just about everywhere in the US.

I really don't know why you are so scared of indies, that's all I ever see, and while I only have 38 credited reviews, I have had well over a hundred provider dates.  I have never used an agency.  Be realistic, how much more do you know what you're getting into with an agency girl than an independent one?  IMHO, none, with the agency, you are taking their word for the girl, not hers.  With the indy, you are getting the info directly from her, not from someone else.  You never have a chance to talk or converse by IM or email with the agency girl, whereas you can talk to the indy on the phone, or by IM, or by email, so you can get a better feel for her personality.

One thing to remember, agency girls do not get your entire donation, the agency gets their cut for handling all the arrangements.  The indy girl gets to keep it all herself.  I'm sure for many girls starting out, it's easier with an agency, especially if they have no idea about screening, securing an incall, posting ads, getting a website.....it goes on and on.

Regardless of who you choose to visit, do your research!!!!
