What's the protocol on arranging a meeting with an UTR provider? Does one go through all the steps of arranging an appointment and be surprised by who shows up when the time arrives (this is what I assume, but I don't know if there is another approach)?

The normal use on here is of a provider who does not advertise her availiability and relies on mostly former clients (from when she worked and advertised.)

It's mostly a phase followed by gals who are trying to wind down but still keep a relationship with favored clients.

How you would end up meeting a UTR gal except through a mutual acquaintance is what is puzzling me.

There is a difference between a lady who operates UNDER THE RADAR and seeing a "blind date" type of agency provider. Not sure what you are talking about here.
