after joining before you can write a review?

However, your first review may be rejected if the lady you are reviewing is also new to the site. It's just a way to prevent fake reviews. You have a better chance at having your review accepted and posted if your first one is of an established lady.

you post frequently on these boards.

It builds up your gravitas, so to speak.

It also helps to read the review guidelines carefuly and adhere to them faithfully.

on Tempting Tia on LV after seeing her a week or so ago. She's been well reviewed, been established around for a while in Las Vegas, and even has a few pages of reviews done on her.  I didn't write anything  out of line, or I don't think so, and I reveived an "unaproved" from TER because I'm too new without any posts.

if you plan to stick around, join in the fun and contribute to the boards. Ask some questions, post some replies, write more reviews. Then you can resubmit your review. I think you have 90 days to resubmit.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I see your point, but it seems to be more of a punishment towards a  lady if she can't be reviewed because I'm too new.

What's funny is on the LV board the moderator made a post about only accepting post that are provider related, making it even harder to get credibility when you know nothing to begin with.  The only lady I know anything about, they basically told me to shut up.  Oh, well, again, thanks :-)  So far, not so fun.

to be a little more kinder and gentler than the regular boards. You can come here and ask questions without getting the smack down.

If you are really looking for a cage match, then come on over to TER's version of Thunderdome. IE the Politics and Religion board.  Not for the faint of heart.  Especially don't mess with a certain guy that goes by the handle GaGambler.  He'll rip you a new corn shoot, LOL ;).

Hoping you do find some fun here.

Cheers,

BBxxx

especially about that GaGambler guy, he doesn't even know what a "corn shoot" is. lol

Actually BBxxx speaks the truth, you will find the Newbie board to be the kindest most tolerant board on TER.

If you don't want to wait for the answers you are looking for, try using the "search message" function at the top of the page. Simply type in the topic that you are looking for under "keyword" go back as far as you want and it will pull up every thread on that particular subject.

Is GaGambler really getting all touchy-feelly?

Next you'll be telling me that:

DrJoe and mrfisher are railing on people in the P&R board.

Hardy5456 has handed out a 10/10 review, has fallen in love, and is asking the Love Goddess whether "This time it could really work out."

BostonGuy57 has finally given up on his two long time ATF UTR providers.  Now he just wants to play the field.

LittlePhil is looking for the BBW of his dreams.

GoodTimingMan is asking for advice on how to relate to women because he doesn't have much experience and he would really just like to find the right woman and settle down.

FuzzyPhallus is sick of all the low-brow humor and images and wishes we could all simply grow up and act like adults.

LarryElmer has decided that he doesn't have anything to hide and is willing to go through any screening simply to make his next provider more comfortable.

OK, sorry, time to stop.  But I was all serious on April Fools day, so this is the next best thing.

has nothing to do with the discussion boards and forum topics for the discussion boards have nothing to do with the reviews.

However, because TER does everything it can to cut down on review fraud, first time reviewers are scrutinized a little harder.  If the first time reviewer has frequent logins over a period of time, it demonstrates more legitimacy than if the reviewer is a brand new member.  Also, if the first time reviewer with frequent logins has been participating on the boards, it further demonstrates more legitimacy.  Be clear though, usually the first factor is the number of logins and the time of membership.

So, what's a newbie to do?  If you become active on the boards and build some history, your reviews will be vetted easier.  Even if you do not want to post, but would rather remain a lurker, just give it some time for a history of logins to build up as you continue to enjoy TER.

As to the discussion board topics.  RCProNo1, the Las Vegas Mod did not say that the posts had to be provider related.  Far from it.  The forum topics of these boards are the Hobby, Sex, and Erotica.  Feel free to post about any of those.  Read back on the boards and you will see that there are a multitude of posts that relate to the Hobby and Sex.

You have 90 Days to resubmit your review.  You can view your review for as long as you need, and will be able to copy and paste the narratives into your resubmission.

If you feel the need to try to get the review approved quicker, contact TER through the "review questions" feature in the left hand menu of your "account manager" and ask them to reconsider their denial.  That request will go to a higher level in TER Support, who will dig a little deeper. Give them reasons why the review is legitimate.  At that level, they frequently contact the provider if she is a TER member to try to verify.

Keep in mind, TER wants the reviews.  They are the lifeblood of the site, but TER also does everything they can to make sure the reviews are as accurate as possible because the integrity of the review is even more important than the number of reviews.

There is no waiting period for writing a review. But if two of you reviews are posted you get a 15 days VIP membership. And addition VIP days for every post after that.

The user "kindasorta" has been banned for review fraud for attempting to review a provider under two different usernames.

One of these accounts was "kindasorta" and the other was an account that had been around for years, was often used, and was recently accessed.

Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions and politely explained site policy to him.

Have a good weekend.
