to contact admin and ask them to link your profile to your user name. You need to include your provider id number, or a direct link to your profile in the message.

you are eligible for limited provider VIP membership.  This will allow you to read all the details of your reviews, but not those of other providers.  For that, you will have to pay for membership.  You can also submit problem reports which, if approved, will give you 2 free VIP days.

You need to have 3 reviews to be eligible for membership in the providers' only board.  If you already have them, contact admin and request the membership.  You can do that at the same time you ask for your profile to be linked to your handle.
