So I was out of the business for a while. I am back in the business and I am trying to figure out things on the site and I can't. I was told that I could post a photo only on photo only but when I go to that board there is nowhere where it says post photo or any way for me to upload a photo. Can you tell me how to do that please? Thank you

which is probably NOT configured to be a shared public resource.

Use a "working" image hosting site that others posting photos to Photo Only are using, e.g.,  
i.ibb.co
postimage.cc
imagecoast.com
squarespace.com
and many more.
You create a free OR paid account, upload your photos to the image hosting site and paste THOSE links in the TER "Picture URL" box on the posting form.

A typical working URL looks like: https://www.imagecoast.com/images/ProviderName/LingeriePhoto07.jpg
